Before you write

Quick answers.

How much does a mediation cost?
Nothing. Mediation, workshops, chess nights, and literacy circles are free to the families and neighborhoods we serve.
Do all family members have to agree to participate?
Yes. Mediation only works when participation is voluntary. We will speak privately with each person first, and anyone can decline or stop at any point.
Can you help with a legal dispute or custody case?
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or court-connected mediation. We can help families communicate better alongside a legal process, and we can refer you to Boston-area legal aid organizations.
Do you work outside Boston?
Our programming is focused on Boston neighborhoods, but reach out regardless. If we cannot serve your area directly, we will help you find an organization that can.
